Four years leading mainline menswear for one of New Zealand's leading streetwear brands, delivering monthly collections of 80–120 SKUs across every category. I set the design direction and colourway strategy for each drop and planned ranges against GP% and sell-through targets. The result was product that looked right, sold through and could be made on margin.
